This week's show featured two lectures delivered at a recent conference entitled "Sic Transit ... Power Transfer Moscow Style," and sponsored by the Institute for the Study of Conflict, Ideology and Policy.
Professor John Dunlop of the Hoover Institute spoke on "A Unique Transition: From Gorbachev To Yeltsin." Afterwards, Dr. Stephen Blank of the U.S. War College spoke on "Lingering Questions: The Yeltsin-Putin Transition."
